• Check-in time: 12 PM – 2 PM.
• Check-out time: 11 AM – 12 PM.

Early check-in (before 12 PM) and late check-out (after 12 PM) depend on the room being free. Please ask when you book, or call us on the day. If we can allow it, these charges apply:

“Room rent” means the rate for your room for one night, including tax.

Every adult guest must show a valid government photo ID at check-in and sign the guest register. We accept:

• Aadhaar card
• Passport
• Driving licence
• Voter ID

A PAN card alone is not accepted as photo ID. We may keep a copy of the ID for our records.

Foreign nationals must show their passport and a valid Indian visa. As the law requires, we report the stay of every foreign guest to the authorities (Form C).

We cannot give a room to a guest who does not have a valid ID.

• Rooms are Deluxe A/C rooms, let for single (one guest) or double (two guests) occupancy.
• The prices on this website are per room, per night, and include 5% GST.
• An extra person or an extra bed is possible on request. It is charged as per the tariff at the front desk.
• Children under 5 stay free when they share the existing bedding.
• We may ask for an advance to confirm your booking. The balance is paid at check-in or at check-out, as the front desk tells you.
• You can pay by cash, UPI or card.

Sending an enquiry on this website does not confirm a room. Your booking is confirmed only when the front desk calls you back and confirms it.

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the check-in time.
• Late cancellation (within 24 hours of the check-in time): one night's room rent is charged.
• No-show: if you do not arrive, one night's room rent is charged from your advance. If you have not arrived or called us by 12 PM on the day after the check-in date, the room is released to other guests.
• Refunds are made within 7 working days, to the method you paid with. An advance paid in cash is refunded in cash at the front desk.

Festivals and wedding dates

On busy dates, such as local festivals, the wedding season, or days when the KPA Palace marriage hall next door has a function, we may ask for full payment in advance. Such bookings may not be refundable. We will tell you before you pay.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM. Please keep noise low so that other guests can rest.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome in the lobby, and in the rooms until 10 PM.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Smoking in a room carries a cleaning charge of ₹2,000.
• Outside food is allowed in the rooms, but cooking is not.
• Drinking alcohol in the common areas is not allowed. Guests must follow local laws.
• Parties and loud gatherings in the rooms are not allowed.
• Illegal substances are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Pets are not allowed.

• Guests pay for any damage to the room, its furniture and fittings, or other parts of the property during their stay.
• Lost or damaged hotel property, such as room keys, linen or the TV remote, is charged at actual cost.
• Please keep cash, jewellery and other valuables with you. The inn is not responsible for the loss of unattended cash or valuables.
• Vehicles are parked at the owner's own risk. The inn is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, vehicles or their contents in the parking area.

For the safety and comfort of all guests and staff, we may refuse a room, or ask a guest to leave, in case of misconduct, a breach of these terms, or a safety concern. In such a case, the room rent for the nights already used is still payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date shown at the top, applies to your stay.
